Add an artist
On the web: Artists in the sidebar, then Add Artist. On iPhone: the Profile tab, or the guide that appears on a new account. A name is all that is required; add a birth date if you want their age shown on each piece.
Save a piece of artwork
On iPhone: the Scan tab. Scan Artwork points the camera at the page and squares it up, or Choose from Photos uses a picture you already took. On the web: Upload, then pick a photo. Give it a title and an artist; the story is optional.
Add the story, now or later
While saving, write what they said in the story field. Skipped it? Open the artwork any time: the iPhone app shows a No story yet prompt, and the web has an Add Story button. Any length counts.
Invite grandparents and co-parents
On the web: Family, then Invite Member, and share the code or the link it creates. On iPhone: Profile, then Invite Family. Codes are single use and expire after 7 days. Members can browse everything, react, and comment.
Share one artwork with someone who has no account
Open the artwork and tap Share to copy a link (the web can also make a QR code). Anyone with the link sees the artwork and its story without signing in, and you can delete the link whenever you like.
Make an art book
On the web, select artworks in the gallery and choose Create Book to get a print-ready PDF with the stories included. Art books are part of the Family plan.
How do I capture artwork and stories?
Upload a photo of the artwork, then open it and add the story. Write what your child said, what was special about it, or any context. On iPhone the app asks while you upload; the beta is open at https://testflight.apple.com/join/7nT5CzWQ
Can grandparents see the stories and react?
Yes! Share a link and they can see the artwork, read the story, and even react or comment, all without creating an account.
What's included free?
Your first 50 artworks, 1 artist profile, and 1 family group, with stories, reactions, comments, collections, and sharing all included. Paid plans raise those limits and add print-ready art books (PDF).
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your dashboard. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Gallery contents (titles, stories, your children's names) are readable only by your family, enforced at the database level. Artwork images are served from unlisted, unguessable addresses; anyone you send one to can view that image. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.
